Texotli has been created through the combination of good traditional Mexican cuisine and the Aztec culture, present in today's Mexican food.

Texotli means blue in Aztec and was chosen as the color for the logo to highlight the elegance and aesthetics of its components.
The main element of the logo is a representation of the crown of the last Aztec emperor Moctezuma.

Composed of quetzal feathers and precious stones, it represents the value and greatness of Mexican culture.
Texotli represents the value and the elegance of Mexican traditions, as well as the exquisite taste of its traditional food.
